World of Warcraft
Best online multi player RPG game!
I think that many people have heard about the most important MMORPG from Blizzard - World of Warcraft, which was released on November 23, 2004. And if not, then it's time to get introduced to this giant in the world of MMORPGs.
World of Warcraft shows what ought to be the best game of this genre and additionally shows that Blizzard Entertainment can develop more than one game thus attention-grabbing and winning. And since the release of the game, it's been eight major expansions produced for the game: The Burning Crusade, Wrath of the Lich King, Cataclysm, Mists of Pandaria, Warlords of Draenor, Legion, Battle for Azeroth and Shadowlands.
But before you start your adventures, you need to know how to start playing World of Warcraft. First, you can use the free trial period, which allows you to develop your character up to level 20. This will be a good way to find out if you like the game or not. If you liked it and decided to start playing, you will need to purchase the latest expansion to the game and pay for the game subscription, which costs $14.99/month.
After all the preparations, you will face a difficult choice of the server, the race of your character, and its class. You can spend a lot of hours choosing what is right for you, depending on what style of game you prefer. There are three basic server types:
PvE: You will do most of your fighting against computer-controlled enemies. You will only fight other players if you choose to put yourself in PvP mode or intentionally enter a PvP environment such as a battlefield.
PvP: You will be vulnerable to attacks from other players any time you enter a disputed part of the world, which means you will be open to attack and will be able to attack other players most of the time as soon as you leave your starting zone.
Role-playing: On an RP server, people speak and behave as their characters would. There are also role-playing PvP realms.
Once you have selected the server you want to play on, you will have to answer another even more important question: what race and class to choose for your character?
Each race in World of Warcraft has several unique bonuses that represent some unique abilities. Best of all, if you choose a race that you like both externally and its history, it will be the most serious reason to play for it.
Your character's race also affects which class you can play in. Below are the classes that you can play for in the game:
Warriors are a melee class and if you like to break into the battle in the first rows, then the warriors are your choice;
Paladins are warriors that serve the Light. They can be tanks, healers or damage-dealers.
Druids are shape-shifters who can take on many animal forms and are the most varied class with all 4 specializations: melee, ranged, healer, and tank;
Shamans are the masters of the elements, striking their enemies with thunderbolts and fire. They have 3 specializations: melee, ranged and healer;
Mages do lots of damage with ice and fire magic to deal damage in ranged combat;
Warlocks, like mages, do damage with dark and fire magic. They can also summon demons to help them in combat.
Hunters can be both melees and ranged using guns and bows. They can also tame wild animals turning them into their pets to the hunter in combat.
Rogues are melee fighters. They have stealth abilities, various tricks and incredible damage;
Priests tend to be healers, but they can use dark power to deal a lot of magic damage.
Death knights are hybrids that can be any race and start at level 55 instead of level 1.
Once you have created a character, you can immediately start playing. When you enter the game, you will appear in the starting zone of your chosen race. Fortunately, the game interface is thus simple and clear to learn and perceive, and so the gameplay itself is so intuitive that immersion in the game will not be troublesome. All you have to do is talk to people with yellow marks over their heads to take tasks, gain experience, and explore the surrounding area.
After innumerable hours spent taking part in the huge world, an excellent impression doesn't disappear. World of Warcraft can provide a lot of completely different quests and battles that may be fun and intense. The only thing that you might call a downside in World of Warcraft is that you can't just play it all the time. This may seem ridiculous, but World of Warcraft may be the only game you will play for a few weeks or months. The history of the World of Warcraft is vast and complex, but it's worth it for you to dive into it, especially if you like excellent fantasy with a share of fun in it. This is what creates a sense of uniqueness and worldwide love for World of Warcraft.
